All of our liners are made from 100% ULTRALON™ EVA foam - a proprietary foam developed exclusively for Intuition Sports and specifically designed to be moldable, flexible and durable for users at all skill levels. Our products are used by some of the best skiers in the world, including extreme freeriders, national ski team members, professional ski instructors and back-country tour guides. These people virtually live in their boots all day so they demand the best performance and comfort possible from their equipment. Intuition Sports Is based in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The company applied for and was granted a patent on 10/07/97 based on the concept of an integral liner consisting entirely of sheet stock thermoplastic foam. This liner is molded into a three dimensional shape conforming to the foot on its interior and the bootshell on its exterior surface. The next few years involved extensive research, design and testing to determine the most effective shape and material to meet this need.
